Specific Responsibilities 工作职责：
• Develop creative assets, packaging and instruction artwork for a wide range of toy and game products. Ensure developed assets meet brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Submit assets for internal reviews and approvals. Conduct revisions based on review comments.
• Create digital mock up from the developed assets.
• Prepare contract proof to suppliers as print reference.
• Review supplier’s printing quality and accuracy.
• Create and maintain design assets, templates, and libraries for consistent brand representation.
• Ensure all designs are compliant with legal requirements, including copyright and trademark regulations.
• Work closely with North America counterparts and Packaging Project Management team to meet project deadlines and maintain a high level of quality control.
• Update status to system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Backup files to designated archive locations.

• Knowledge of packaging design principles and the ability to create artworks that are both visually appealing and practical for manufacturing.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering and animation software is a plus.
Required Qualifications & Experience 任职资格及经验要求：
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging design.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
