Job responsibilities：
1. Assist quality manager to strengthen quality inspection to ensure that the company's defective products are well controlled.
2. In order to achieve the goal of paperless, lead the team to complete the basic data setting of TQMS system.
3. Lead the team to complete the risk assessment and reliability verification of the new project development stage, so that the project can proceed smoothly into the mass production stage.
4. Lead the team to complete quality control capability analysis and quality improvement of incoming materials, process and finished products.
5. Lead the trial production of new products and track the results of trial production.
6. Audited quality inspection standards for incoming materials, manufacturing processes and finished products.
7. Participated in the production and evaluation of new project samples.
8. Participate in the analysis, improvement and tracking of abnormal quality of incoming materials, processes and finished products.
9. Led the investigation, analysis and improvement of major quality abnormalities caused by customer complaints. Follow up and coordinate the status of material inspection and warehousing.
10. Review and confirm the inspection report.
11. Review new project control plan and test plan.
12. Assist the quality manager to conduct quality basic knowledge and skills training for the department personnel.
13. Random inspection of safety from time to time to ensure that the safety work of the department is implemented in place.
Qualifications Required：
1. College degree or above.
2. Electronic technology or management.
3. More than three years of team management experience of more than 10 people.
4. Basic knowledge of quality; Basic computer applications.
5. Good command of English in both written and spoken.
