职位介绍

- Design and co-develop electrical schematics (digital and analog) related to development of complex new products.
- Mixed signal PCB layout and modification for all new projects and check for all control circuits.
- Collaborate with head office engineers for the detailed electrical design of the electrical schematic, components selection, development and layout of new products PCB.
- DSP/MCU based signal PCB and multi-layer (4, 8, & 12 layers) heavy copper PCB layout.
- Work with other Engineers (mechanical, software and hardware) to design, build and troubleshoot new complex YGG products.
- Selects and recommends electrical materials & components meet the design specifications
- Generate Gerbers, PCBA BOM, & DXF drawings as needed by the Contract Manufacturers (CM).
- Follow industry standards and ensure safe designs & meet applicable industry safety requirements
- DFM (design for manufacturing) and DFR (Design for reliability)
- PCB Layout based on application of safety Agency requirement on PCBA IEC 60065
- Evaluate alternate parts and new component samples from the Supply Chain or CMs.
- Bed-of-Nails (BON) PCB Layout based on test department specifications.
- EMC & EMI Testing, Troubleshooting, and Modification.
- Safety and Certification Coordination for all new products.
- Standards and Qualifications (S&Q) Testing
- China electrical department continuous improvement initiative & activity.
- Other responsibilities/duties/tasks as assigned by his superiors/manager
设计和开发与复杂新产品开发相关的电气原理图(数字和模拟)。
熟练使用PADS layout,有多层板设计经验。
EMC和EMI测试，故障排除和修改。
