1. 负责客户品质团队管理，及时管理并跟踪客户品质服务,处理客户投诉；
2. 负责团队的持续改善，依据公司产品质量标准及客户质量需求，对新产品进行品质策划及负责新产品导入过程中的品质保障；
3. 对团队内部成员的工作给予技术指导及培训；
4. 大专及以上学历，3年以上电子设备制造行业品质工程管理经验；
5. 连接器/端子台制造行业经验优先；
6. 具备较好的英文听说读写能力。
1. Responsible for customer quality team management, take the lead for customer quality service, customer feedback and complaints handing.
2. Lead the continuous improvement program within the project team and the new product quality control planning and qualification.
3. Provide the training and guidance for other team members, QA leaders etc.
4. With Engineering bachelor or college, 3+ years quality engineering experiences in electronics manufacturing.
5. Working experience in connector industry is preferred.
