职位描述：
Reporting to the VS Manager
汇报给确认服务部经理
-Maintain the regulatory databases(RoHS,Materials in Contact with Food,REACH,etc)as directed by VS Manager and Engineers；
维护确认服务部经理及工程师提供的安规/法规数据库（RoHS，食物接触物料，REACH等）；
-Data input on SAP,filing certification,etc.;
在SAP系统中录入数据，申请认证等；
-Co-ordinate the activities with TUV Hong Kong and maintain an excellent working relationship;
配合香港TUV工作的开展，并与其维持良好的工作关系；
-Create and update food contact product spreadsheets in line with NPD activities and design changes;
建立并更新食物接触产品电子表格，使其与新产品开发活动和设计变更一致；
-Working with the relevant Engineers to resolve failed issues;
配合相关工程师解决失败事项；
-Assist VSSD Manager in all areas as directed.
协助确认服务部经理安排的各项事务

1、Female, college/university degree;
女性，大专或本科及以上学历；
2、Must be bright and energetic;
聪明、有活力；
3、Well organised;
有条理；
4、Must have good PC skills;
具备较好的电脑技能；
5、Must be experienced in use of MS Word and Excel;
熟练使用Word和Excel；
6、Experience of MS Access would be an advantage;
熟悉Access者优先考虑；
7、Experience of SAP is an advantage but training will be given;
熟悉SAP者优先考虑，如果不会SAP，会进行培训；
