Responsibilities:
Monitoring any issues related to orders and make sure each single order goes smoothly
Be responsible for handling shipping documents
Preparation of invoices and packing lists of shipment
Work with couriers & carriers closely for shipment tracking and distribution
coordinate with Packing & Warehouse as well as custom declarer to deal with related shipping issues
other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications-
At least 2 years related working experience, familiar with shipping systems and produces
Good command of English
Self-motivated, good team player and taking the initiative to perform tasks as required
Time conscious and keen on details with patience
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
