Job Description:
-Support Design with DFM/DFA. Provide feedback to Project Risk Overview
-Review supplier’s production documents, such as DFx, Flow chart, FMEA, Control plan, WI
-Specify production fixture for assembly; Review and approve Supplier’s assembly flow and related assembly fixture and equipments
-Develop process and check process capability and make sure all process targets have been reached before fully release. Make sure supplier’s production line is ready in terms of facilities, equipments, process and capacity and keep monitoring.
-Technical assistance (expertise) for the selection of suppliers with appropriate process standards
-Drive supplier for continuous improvement process in mass production for yield, process, etc. Supporting for process trouble shooting..
-Working on Sennheiser design & release projects, perform tasks as required in projects
-Participation in the pilot run and evaluation of offers
-Take part in supplier Audit.
Requirement:
-Bachelors in related Engineering/Technical field.
-5 years process experience in production process, assemble and SMT experience are preferred.
-Good understanding of headset or related process/product.
-Strong communication skills; Good team player.
-Detailed knowledge of production Quality System, Process Improvement Tools, and Quality Tools.
