1 Industry Experience: At least 1-2 years manufacturing industry experience in recruiting
2 Soft skills: Strong in communication, interpersonal skills, responsible, positive mind
3 Computer skill: Good computer skills including Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook
4 Language skill: Good written and spoken English
5 Education/Certification: College degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent with minimum
6 Resume (English/Chinese/both English and Chinese): Send resume in English

Job Description/岗位职责:
1. Support the recruiting plan according to recruitment request
2. Handle the enroll process;
3. Manage personnel files and HR system;
4. Organize entertainment programs and activities;
5. Follow up benefits of employee including social insurance and housing fund
6. Handle salary calculation
7. Assistant to create and keep update different HR reports and overviews;
8. Support teammates to execute all other HR related tasks and or any other ad hoc project as required;
