工作描述Job Description:
1. Responsible to set up Quality Control plan, inspection standard according to products specification and customer requirement. 负责依据产品规格和客户要求制定质量控制计划和检验标准。
2. Responsible to analyze the process data to find the quality improvement opportunity of molding process. 负责分析过程数据以发现注塑过程中品质改进机会。
3. Manage and arrange the daily job of QC team, and train them well. Including IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC.管理和安排QA部门的日常工作，必要是培训他们，包括IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC。
4. Responsible to monitor 5S of molding area, including status identification of products and material.负责监督注塑车间的5S，包括产品标识和原料标识。
5. Responsible to review and approve the inspection result of IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC. 负责审核和批准IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC的检验结果。
6. Responsible for customer complaint handle. And release SCAR to suppliers.负责处理客户投诉。发布SCAR给供应商。
7. Responsible to deal with non-conformance based on the procedure。负责处理不符合项。
8. Others jobs assigned by Quality Manager.质量经理安排的其他工作。
职位要求Position Requirements:
1. Basic understanding on GD&T and product drawing reading.基本了解GD&T和产品图纸阅读。
2. Be familiar with 7 quality tools and can use them to solve the quality issue.解熟悉7大质量工具并能运用解决质量问题。
3. Good English skill in oral and writing.良好的英语口语和写作能力。
4. 5years work experience at least in injection area. Working for the injection of medical is perfect.至少5年以上注塑方面的工作经验，有医疗方面的工作经验优先。
