JOB REQUIREMENT
Must be good at Drawings (AutoCad...)
1.University graduation with Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering, Physics or related sciences.
2.Minimum 2 years working with technical drawings , covering：
?2.1Drawings of capacitors or other similar components
?2.2Development and approval of new raw materials
?2.3Injection of plastic parts and tool construction
?2.4Mechanical drawings and related DIN specifications
?2.5Extrusion of Aluminum and related parts
?2.6Metallic materials and protection against corrosion
3.Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
4.Good communication skills, to convey ideas and conduct technical discussions in both languages
5.Usual knowledge of MS-OFFICE, Auto-CAD, Solid Egde or Solid Work
6.Quality and Development tools (DOE, FMEA, 6 Sigma, and so on)
7.Basic electronic laboratory equipment
Major Responsibilities
1.Research and Development. In charge to prepare the drawings for new materials / parts and new products. Developing and adapting materials for new applications regarding heat, mechanical requirements and electrical stresses. Work to miniaturize components, develop/propose new materials /parts and alternative supplier to improve yield, reduce scraps and cost.
2.Implementation / approval new materials. In charge of elaborating and approving relative documentation (TDR, First Part approval,), material specification and confirmation.
3.Approval new suppliers. In charge of approval new or alternative supplier and issue all related documentation (PR).
4.Rationalization. In charge of testing alternative materials targeting cost reduction, propose new alternative supplier, material rationalization and so on.
5.Application. Analyze defective and returned parts from customers in 8D-report basis. Analyze either new or state-of-the-art final products using PFC and PEC components.
6.Technological reference. In charge of participating in new developments started in other FILM factories, analyze and rank competitors’ products, provide detailed specifications, features and properties of PFC and PEC components, search and keep records and papers about basic materials, failure analysis techniques and procedures.
7.Interfaces. In charge of interacting with QA, SQM, Production, Purchase and Logistics in actions to reduce scraps, materials diversity. Join audit with suppliers. Support other departments in training and in continuous improvement activities. Provide technical support to SQM activities, related to material specifications and development of new materials.
8.Ensure that the key performance indices in the department are under control, providing reports and planning/implementing actions to cover gaps.
9.Ensure that all activities in this area are performed according to approved instructions and documents.
