工作内容：
1.主导和跟踪、监督整个品管部门的活动。

2.负责确保产品和服务可靠和最高品质，根据品质标准协调各项工作。

3.编制产品故障及改进结果的文件，对生产的报废产品和废料减少规划方案；
Documenting the findings of the improvements and faults in products. Formulate methods by which the waste products and scrap in production can be minimized.
4.主要关注产品的各个方面如设计、研发和库存管理；
Gives major attention to the various aspect of products such as design, development and inventory management.

6.根据KPI指标，负责执行和传达结果；

7. 通过中间商、工人的检测，开展知道和测试活动，确保对材料、设施和产品的持续控制
Directs, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
8.制定与产品品质和可靠性有关的提升和培训活动。可以调查和校正与品质有关的客诉。
Plans promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability. May investigate and adjust customer complaints, regarding quality.
