Responsibilities
- Be a business matter expert and leader in supply chain designing, modeling, and analysis. Lead, educate, and drive company on latest technologies and best practices in Supply Chain Management
- Research, select and recommend scenario which is the most profitable and executable from business perspective and project cost/savings impact for the future state supply chain
- Investigate supply chain operational problems, finds root causes, and drive resolution
- Outline high value improvement targets. Prioritize, analyze, and drive execution
- Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
- Analyze risk activities and propose best cost effective solutions
- Develop inventory management practices to minimize costs, maximize product availability
- Drive product life cycles analysis for new product rollouts, refreshes, and phase-outs
- Lead strategic forecast initiatives
- LEAN reduction of cost by thoroughly removing all forms of organizational waste
- Drive pull systems and Kanban techniques to improve a complicated supply chain
- Drive one-piece production and conveyance of reduced lot sizes
- Identifying gaps and driving improvements in the Sales & Operations Planning
- Promote just-in-time production and elimination of waste from overproducing
- Provide expertise to teams to help improve and/or resolve tactical challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor above degree, major in supply chain management.
- Excellent MG product knowledge
- 4~6 years’ experience of the relevant work in multiple business unit organization
- Detailed understanding of lean principles and how to implement into supply chain analysis and improvement.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders as well as good interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a culturally diverse organization.
- Hands-on leader who is results oriented with a strong drive and high ethic.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office package, specifically a mastery in Excel, and preferably other back office inventory and/or ordering systems
- High level strategic thinking and detailed analytics
- Change management, control skills with general analytical and problem solving ability.
- Good organization skills. Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Proven track record of productivity and efficiency improvements in production environments
- Fostering collaboration to ensure that everyone is working toward common goals
- Skilled understanding and use of probability, variances, and supply chain statistics ?
- Communicate constructively and collaboratively with internal customers or external customers
- Manage multiple modeling and strategic improvement work streams concurrently
- Work with departments to transition from the analysis phase to execution phase
