Job Description
1. Daily production support
2. Routing time and e lot size management and improvement with AZ coordinator role
3. MAE capacity and direct headcount analysis and plan
4. BPS PGL deployment and CIP
5. Support new product introduction
6. Manufacturing process flow coordination and optimization
7. SAP / CAPP system related management and coordination
8. Direct productivity (RT ratio + work efficiency) improvement
?Professional Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in the field of Industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
2. More than 3 years' experience in industrial engineering, process engineering and lean manufacturing in electronic product design and manufacturing environment
3. Knowledge in the electronic product design and manufacturing.
4. Familiar with lean production and industry engineering knowledge, esp. MTM
5. Competence for data analysis and process
6. Skilled in MS Office and AutoCAD, SAP desirable.
7. Good knowledge in English (spoken and written)
8. Ability to work under pressure
9. Being able to think in concepts
10. Initiative and good communication skill
11. Good pedagogic skills
