Job Description:
1. To follow new project launch (EVT, DVT, PVT) and process setup, perform (design for assembly) analysis and come out a completed report with recommendations.
2. To ensure process specifications, operator TQCI, are prepared, reviewed, updated and maintained in NPI period.
3. Line set up (with IE, EE. MBU), balances & improve production UPH performance.
4. Customer engineering service support and quickly response to related issue.
5. Tooling and fixture design & buyoff, work out maintenance plan to ensure use well in production line.
6. Failure analysis and work out effective actions plan to ensure good production yield.
7. Drives continuous productivity improvement by Six Sigma & Lean tool.
8. Customer ECR and ECN management and risk analysis.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree major in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in electronics assembly area.
3. Experienced in ME design works such as plastic or fixture with good knowledge of 3D designing software (Pro/E, solidworks) is a MUST.
4. Be able to work under conditions of pressure and resource constraint.
5. With knowledge of 6 sigma, DOE, Kaizen, Lean
6. Fluent in both English writing and oral skill.
