Key Result Areas
1. Win business proactively, ensuring sufficient preparation is done for the team before meeting with customers in the buying season.
2. Source for new items in order to raise buyer’s interest and maintain competitiveness.
3. Present creative and feasible ideas to customers during buying meeting.
4. Highly involve in product development and samples follow up and other B2B platforms.
5. Proactively deal with customers in product development and sourcing process, keeping good relationship with buyers.
6. Handle sample pre-check and QA coordination.
7. Settle and follow up claims.
Qualifications, experience and skills
·Diploma or above graduate.
·Minimum 5 years shoes merchandising experience, preferably in buying/trading.
·Knowledge in related product group.
·Proficiency in MS Outlook, Allegro, MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
·Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken)
