Responsible for managing and monitoring plant's EHS routine events, organizing internal EHS audis and handling external social and government audits(i.e. C-TPAT,ICTI,ISO14001,Kohl;s etc...)

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in environmental safety or industrial hygiene.
2. Advanced degree and Certification/License: safety registered engineer, preferred.
3. Thorough knowledge of environmental, health and safety compliance requirements, including technical aspects, reporting, environmental permits.
4. Strong knowledge of industrial operations, experienced in program implementation and integration, and proficient in management systems.
5. Experience working in a manufacturing environment with proven track record improving health and safety performance and insuring environmental compliance.
6. A demonstrated ability to work in a diverse environment, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels, work independently, and the ability to influence without authority needed, as well as an effective communicator and team player.
7. Solid interpersonal skills.
8. Strong written and oral communication skills.
