Job description:
To work with the main contact window between Flex and customer for order fulfilment with quality.
Coordinate with NPI team for NPI gates review and prepare resources for mass production, following up open issues till closure;
Receive and analyse customer forecast, work with project core team to prepare capacity, make a capacity commitment on the forecast to customer;
To identify and track the resources based on the forecast commitment/locked plan;
To review daily backlog status and make shipment commitment, work out the recovery plan for any gap and make sure project is on track within delivery and quality target;
Daily review open task order status to avoid aging task orders for over 15 days and 30 days;
To evaluate the customer satisfaction survey and actions plans to improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
1. Good computer operation skill, knowledge of MS office suite, Microsoft Project.
2. Good communication skills, coordination skill.
3. Language skills – good spoken and written English.
4. University degree /diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or Business Administration.
6. Sound technical knowledge in manufacturing or engineering.
7. Prior working experience in contract manufacturing, stamping or plastic manufacturing environment.
8. Prior exposure in leading project teams with a proven track record of results.
