KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/岗位职责:
1.Contact window of oversea customers, satisfy customer needs together with cross functions.
海外客户服务窗口,协同相关部门满足客户需求。
2.Order Management of oversea market, follow up stock availability with production and purchasers, ensure on time delivery, root cause analysis and improvement of late supply.
海外市场订单管理,保证按时供货,分析及改善OTD。
3.Shipping schedule to warehouse, customs agency and forwarders, reserve transportation, prepare and confirm logistics documents and related certificates, tracking transportation.
海外出货安排及跟踪。
4.Freight cost control, check billing of transportation, reduce air shipment. 运输费用控制。
5.SAP Operation and problem solving. SAP操作及问题处理。
6.Other task assigned by manager. 上级分配的其他工作。
7.Temporary.临时岗位。
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/任职要求:
1.More than 3 years experience in oversea customer service or SCM related.
2.Education : University level, major in international trade preferred.
3.Fluent English in oral, reading, writing.
4.Be familiar with Microsoft office tool, SAP experience is preferred.
