Furrion is looking for a highly capable and motivated individual to fill the post of a Kitchen Appliance Project Engineer.
Our procedure is to design the products within our company and then outsource development and manufacturing to different factories.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Taking charge of the project management, work closely with internal teams to deliver project schedule; budget control and cost planning etc.
2. Participating in the confirmation of new products ID and structure design for kitchen appliances for the USA and UK markets. Such as gas appliances for cooktops, ovens, induction cooktops, microwaves etc..
3. Responsible for function testing with the factory, then work with manufactures for development and production.
4. Arranging BOM for new products and costing of products to do cost analysis before project begins.
5. Developing products with factories and make sure everything is as per specification and dimensions and function is all within standards, highlighting special areas and details to check.
6. Confirming certification marks of products
7. Working on product software de bugging before production.
8. Working with USA test engineers and be responsible for final confirmation.
9. Working with factory on production and solve problems when they arise.
REQUIREMENT:
1. College or above, mechanical and industrial engineering or its related
2. 3 years and above working experience in gas and electronic oven appliances.
3. Able to organize new product project planning independently;
4. Proficiency in Pro/e, good computer skills and use MS Office well;
5. Good communication skill, Fluent English both in speaking writing.
BASIC BENEFIT：
Working hours: 5days a week; 8hours a day
Salary: salary + bonus
