职位介绍

岗位职责：Duties
1）根据公司发展策略，制定工业用机区域销售计划、客户发展目标；plan the sales stragety in responsible areas to reach the target.
2）在规定时间内达成公司要求的区域销售目标； reach the sales target within the deadline as plan.
3）负责客户的开发、维护、产品推广、合同签订、市场推广、订单下达和跟踪管理工作；development the dealers. promte the products and sign the contract and market devekopment, order follow up and track managment.
4）负责售后的相关辅助工作实施；Responsible for following up after-service work
职位要求：
1) 大专以上学历要求，工科或市场营销专业尤佳；College graduates, Specialized in sales/marketing
2) 有冷风机销售经验或空调工程经验优先；selling air coolers or air-conditioning engineering experience in same area. age between 28-35
3) 较强的开发客户、谈判、沟通能力，能独立解决销售中存在的问题；develop the customer, negotiation skills and strong communication and problem sloving skills.
4) 具有强烈的以业绩为导向的营销人员优先。strong sense of delivery the result
5) 吃苦耐劳、为人诚信，能够长期出差工作；hard working and honest, be able to travel in long term.
6) 熟练使用windows office软件,能看懂一般英语资料者优先。familar with window office software and basic english is perferred.
7)有执照和会驾车。 Have driving licence and own car.
8) 工作常驻地为公司指定的区域。working location required by the company.
