Job Description，
1、 管理总需求趋势(MPS),审批1-13周生产计划；
2、 有效管理上升&下降的订单需求，以达到资源的最佳配置；
3、 计划及编排工厂直接员工总数及OT控制；
4、 及时有效的回应客户需求，缩短交货期，控制库存，审核样板及RMA；
5、 完成上级交付的其他相关工作。
1. Manage aggregate forecast and demand trend to review and approve long term plan (1-13 Week planning horizon);
2. Manage plant level demand up & down for best resource allocation;
3. Plan and manage plant level direct operator HC and OT control;
4. Lead team to provide timely & quality response to customer inquiry, lead time shorten, inventory control, sample & RMA approval.
5. Other related work.
Job Qualification，
1、 大专以上学历；
2、 两年相关工作经验；
3、 英语读写流利；
4、 办公软件及ERP、MPS系统操作熟练；
1. College degree or above;
2. More than two years related work experience;
3. Good reading and written skill in English;
