Be responsible for Automation machine, Razor assembly/cartridge assembly and packaging equipment set up, debug, repair and maintenance, including equipment re-layout, resources management and TPM implementation. New machine mechanical design and improvements.
Responsibilities
1.Support of technical support group automation team, ensure effective team working force and provide effective training to mechanics.
2.Be responsible for machine overhaul and equipment continuing improvement.
3.Keep involvement in auto assembly process analysis to ensure high efficiency and low scrap rate.
4.Designs and develops mechanical equipment for cost or quality improvement includes jigs & fixture.
5.Takes the lead to implement TPM maintenance system effectively, continue to take efforts on equipment maintenance, equipment improvement and down time reduction.
6.To support Tool Room fabrication process & Milford project.
7.Work on Kaizen Projects and equipment continue improvement to achieve annual saving targets.
8.Create and maintain maintenance document, ensure EHS/5S/ISO9000 compliance.
Keep involvement on EHS/5S/ISO9000 system improvement.
9.Provide strong supporting on product quality improvement and productivity improvement.
10.Complete other jobs and tasks assigned by Manager or direct Supervisor.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical design and maintenance of related field. Strong technology on auto machine assembly and alignment.
3.Legal employment age.
4. Specifics:
-Be good at using auto-cad and solid work for Machine mechanical design and assembly.
-Understand PLC basic control concept and circuit, can do simple trouble shooting.-Failure analysis and downtime root causes analysis skills.
-Experience on project management.
-Prefer to have FMEA skills.
-Prefer to have Tooling and assembly experience/knowledge.
