一.工作职责：
1. 极强的新供应商开发能力及议价能力 Strong sourcing ability and price negotiation ability.
2. 释放经批准的采购订单给各供应商 Release the approved PO to vendors.
3 跟踪交付情况，准时交付满足生产需求，及评估供应商业绩表现 Follow up the delivery status and on-time-delivery for all materials, evaluate supplier performance.
4. 协助处理供应商来料品质异常或客诉问题 Liaise with supplier to deal with materials defectives for incoming quality or customer complains.
5. 达成公司库存减少目标及成本降价目标 Meet inventory reduction and cost down target.
6. 安排供应商交货对帐及请款 Check the actual delivery and raise request of payment monthly.
7. 对国外货物交付物流安排及国际贸易条款有较强的了解, Know Intercom terms.
二.任职要求：
1. 女，至少三年采购工作经验，懂基本电脑知识，英文说写良好. Female, 3 years working experience or above, know PC, can write and speak in English.
2． 做事严谨，认真负责，有耐心，沟通协调能力强，良好的团队合作意识与工作态度。
3． 有外发供应商管理经验
