DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
System Implementation and Support of Factory Operation application
solutions
* Work as part of the Global IT (Factory Operation Application) team
that focus on System Implementation and Support of Factory Operation
application solutions to enable the Production/Operation to fulfill
their business objectives.
* Maintain a broad knowledge of the production processes, and the
supporting of Factory Operation Applications and modules. Leading the
system implementation process, defining Factory Operation Application
solutions to improve these business processes or resolve critical
business issues of sites.
* Project Management – Perform project management while implementing of
systems, including scoping, planning, executing, Monitoring and
controlling (Time, Cost, Scope).? - Design, Customize and
Implement Solutions – Design, Configure, Customize and Implement
applications/solutions to meet defined business requirements. Following
standard Corp IT methodology to ensure that applications are built to
meet the business, security and audit requirements.
* System Support – Provide post live functional support for the Factory
Operation Applications to sites. Utilizing Corp issue ticketing system
for issue tracking, maintaining SLA and performance reporting. Provide
training for the application functionality whenever new features
release from development team.
