3. Responsibility
3.1 Primary Responsibility
* Act as expert for tooling questions during the NPI milestone reviews.
(mainly tooling DFM and design review with customer and supplier).
* Define specification for new tools.
* Support to tooling design and tooling EC
* Provide tooling technical supporting & tooling engineering data.
* Responsible  for contact with tooling suppliers  to 
deal with all the  tooling related issues.
* Full  responsibility to  control tooling quality, 
schedule
* Analysis tooling & production issue and provide solution.
* Responsible for tooling  buy-off
* Follow up mold trial run and production.
4. Job Requirements
At least Associate degree (Bachelor  or above would be preferred)
in mechanical or engineering field. More than 8  years 
working experience in plastic tool & Product design, engineering
& manufacturing and have good knowledge of molding process and
plastic raw material characters. Have good command of Pro-E & Auto
Cad. Good knowledge in project management and working experience in
foreign company is a plus Good communication  skill,  have
ability to conduct supplier or tooling room to improve tooling issue
and can
Cooperate with molding Engineer to improve or optimize molding
parameter setting.
Capable of communicating in English both verbally and written .
