Responsibilities:
A. Informs customer about delivery schedules and deviations.
B. Planning of material requirements (MRP), prepare purchase plans and coordinate with purchase team.
C. Planning of production schedule and coordinate with production team.
D. Planning of shipping and coordinate with shipping team.
E. Ensure accurate, timely, and overall order completion.
F. Ensure sufficient procurement of material for order fulfillment.
G. Ensure timely production for order fulfillment.
H. Works closely with purchase, manufacturing, engineering and quality team.
I. Make informed planning and procurement decisions and analyses.
J. Assist in the review of bill of materials to remove errors related to MRP.
K. Builds and sustains positive relationships with customers.
Requirement:
A. College degree in in related field.
B. At least 2 years work experience
C. Ability to use data to drive decision making.
D. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
E. Proven experience with MRP system
F. Support all company policies including ISO 9001 2008/ISO 14000 and TQM adherence
G. Excellent analytical skills
H. Good interpersonal skills
I. Effective English communication/ comprehension skills
J. Business ethics and integrity
K. Problem-solving abilities for colleague relationships, operational problems, etc.
L. Organization/prioritization skills (for scheduling, inventory, etc.)
