1.Respond to customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner
2.Follow up with related depts. to ensure orders are processed as required by customers
3.Clarify problems with customers in relation to slow payment to improve DSO
4.Handle customer complaints according to company procedures and service standand
任职资格:
1.Bachelor degree, major in English, International Trade or Printing
2.2 years customers service experience in Printing/Packaging industry
3.Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
