DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Drive Reliability Tests and coordinate all measurements linked to
the test(s)
2. Report the Reliability Test/ORT Result to reliability manager
3. Input Reliability Test result into QUAL-FX
4. Define ORT / RT Test Plan together with Quality Manager and CQE
5. Request CFT team on problem solving for reliability test issues
6. Buy Off Reliability Test equipment
7. Prepare work instruction for Reliability Test
Experience(s):
1. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in electronics industry, preferably
in either OEM or EMS environment in operational quality assurance or
electrical testing
2. Experience in Reliability Testing and/or Failure Analysis for
Electronics
3. Practical knowledge in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) , NPI
and 8D Problem Solving Methodology ( Fishbone, Ishikawa, 5 Why is a
plus )
4. Practical knowledge in DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC acc.
International quality standards (e. g. ISO, VDA, PSO, FMEA, SPC, MSA
etc.)
5. Ability to overcome constraints and bottlenecks with a process
minded approach
6. Good communication skill – persuasiveness and advocate, especially
with customer
7. People development and coaching especially on reliability test
techniques
