1. 大专以上学历，电气、机械等专业，能熟练阅读英文产品资料，有一定的英文写作能力；
College or above graduated. Major in electrical & mechanical, automation or similar specialty. Skills to read product specification in English and write English email for work communication.
2. 有塑胶成型, 五金冲压，喷漆，真空电镀，SMT等工艺的相关工作经验优先；
Preferable with metal stamping and plastic injection, vacuum metallization, SMT etc. working experience.
3. 有汽车行业所用灯具的装配制造，超声波焊接及产品气密性改善工作经验更佳；
It is the best to have experience in lamp of automobile industry, ultrasonic welding and related product airtightness improvement.
4. 有工装夹具，自动化设计及改良实际工作经验优先；
Preferable with fixture, automation design and improvement experience.
5. 熟悉office办公及Minitab软件，熟练操作AutoCAD,Sketch或Pro/E软件者。
Good at office &Minitab software, be good at AutoCAD, Sketch or Pro/E drawing.
6. 了解ISO-9000 / TS16949,了解APQP,FMEA，SPC等品质工具。
