Key areas of accountability:
1.Plan utilization of equipment to improve the efficiency of operations.
2.Analyse work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as process flow charts and production schedules to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment
3.Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as reorganizing work flow and relocating work stations and equipment.
4.Work on capacity analysis for loading and actual performance.
5.Manage and develop standard time for products.
6.Time study on equipment and process.
7.Layout management and ergonomics.
8.Other work assigned at a higher level.
9.Train related staff for IE knowledge
Job scope:
Work under minimum supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Works require initiation and cases can be different. Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to senior management. Work requires independent decision making and the decision would directly influence the production and process engineers.
Qualification:
Academic / Professional Qualification: Min Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Acoustical
Working Experience: 5 years’ experience in related industry, preferably in speaker industry
Expertise / Skills: Practice Lean Production, able to use CAD to design layout and facility
Language skills: Ability to read/write in English
