Roles and Responsibilities:
1 Facilitate and support talent management programs such as learning roadmaps and communication sessions
2 Participate in employee engagement initiatives and ad-hoc HR events
3 Provide effective HR service on compensation & benefits, training, performance management, employee relations, staff activities and administration support
4 Prepare the various analysis reports
5 Assist Manager on Global and new HR projects
6 Provide the daily support to HR & Admin function
7 Other tasks assigned by the Manager, HR & Administration
Qualifications and Requirements:
1 College degree or above preferably in human resources management
2 3-5 years human resources experience in a multinational company
3 Knowledgeable in China employment related laws and regulations
4 Analytical and positive, with demonstrated creative problem solving skills
5 Driven and committed individual who can work autonomously with minimal supervision
6 Self-motivated, detail-mined, service-oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure
7 Strong inter-person and communication skills
8 Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT etc.); proficient in Photoshop is an advantage
