Responsibility:
1. Plan, direct, monitor preventative, corrective maintenance and repair activities to secure equipment operate reliably.
2. Plan, prioritize schedule, and manage maintenance activities (for example planned maintenance programs, shut-downs, or emergency repairs) to rectify break-downs, malfunctions and minimize business disruptions.
3. Monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resource. Leading promote TPM, WCM program.
4. Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance methodology, equipment, tools to enhance the capabilities of the maintenance team.
5. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop maintenance staff so that repair and service activities are competed accurately, safely and on-time.
6. Role as a core technical competency of team regarding theoretically and practically.
Requirement:
1. College above education, preferred major in Electrical science, mechanical engineering or relevant field. Demonstrate competency of electrical, electronics, PLC both from theoretically and practically. Knowledge of facility and utility management.
3. More than 8 years’ experience in production equipment maintenance and 2-3 years as a management, prefer with optical lens industry maintenance experience of Vacuum coating, MEI cutting, Schneider polishing, Schneider generator, Hard coating, CNC.
4. Good command of English and PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD).
5. An excellent team leader and team player, good communication skills.
