JOB TITLE: Indirect Material Sourcing Manager
JOB SCOPE/SUMMARY:
Management on indirect materials and services, including tooling, equipment, automation and consumable related sourcing activities and strategy. Closely working with internal team towards developing a solid supplier base which provide a competitive cost, quality, delivery and services for company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Management of RFQs related to tooling, equipment, instruments, automation and consumable.
2. Cost analysis and cost down without compromising the quality, delivery and services, ensure cost savings are track and meet targets set.
3. Analyze supply market related to tooling, equipment, instruments, automation and consumable, identify new technologies & new suppliers, qualify and new supplier.
4. Deploy Sourcing/Supplier strategy to ensure “higher quality at lower cost” and overall supplier performance.
5. Lead early supplier involvement for equipment and automation.
6. Provide trainings to team in order increase efficiency and quality of team members.
7. Close collaboration with other departments to ensure sourced services meet the quality, fulfillment, productivity, and cost requirements of the business and total customer satisfaction.
8. Lead and conduct work instruction and procedures reviews with team.
9. Work on supplier payment terms improvements.
10. Weekly reviews with team to ensure total information transparency and alignment.
11. Work closely with SEA team for cost and delivery efficiency improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
1. Bachelor degree Major in mechanical.
2. 10+ years solid experience working on tooling, equipment, automation, logistic and consumable sourcing activities.
3. High Integrity/Team Spirit/Aggressive on Cost/Strong Passion and Detailed.
4. Good English speaking and easy communication with internal/external team.
5. Business negotiation skill is necessity.
6. Experience in Logistic/Service is advantage.
