This position reports to the General Manager directly and in charges all functions of HR and Administrations, implements the organization’s HR strategy, attract, develops and retain the employees to cope with company’s business expansion
Key roles in HR functions:
- Manages and implements all company policies and employee handbook timely and properly
- Familiar with all effective hiring channels and methods for all level hiring, from Manager level to direct labor; placing job advertisement; candidates’ selection; interviewing and offer made; on board and orientation arrangement
- Manages payroll and SAP systems; ensure salary, Legal payment and tax file are properly handled monthly
- Works with department Managers for training plan and budget annually; and execute and organize training programs per business needs
- Timely updates compensation information to management to support competitive pay strategies
- Coordinates with Finance and Department heads to complete annual headcount planning and staff cost budget
- Administrator Local salary, performance review procedure, and employment related policies and procedures
- Provides guideline and information to support annual general review and staff promotions, transfer
- Conducts employee communication meeting regularly to maintain good employees’ relationships
- Handles and involves customer’s audits, provides relevant data for the customers’ questionnaire
Key roles in Administration function & others
- Acts as Key person and the window as the contact with the Local Government
- Manages routine job roles including staff canteen, dormitory and factory clinic, security and company van
- Manages logistics arrangement for customers visits and staff business travel, such as hotel reservation, flight booking, visa application and transportation
- Organizes staff activities or events regularly, such as annual dinner, staff activities during festivals and team building as well
Requirement
- Degree holder in HR Management or relevant
- Familiar with China labor law
- 3-5 years related working experience with at least 3 years in HR Manager level
- With experience working the automotive area would be advantage
- Familiar or expertise in employee hiring will be advantage
