Work closely with suppliers to follow up project schedule to meet customer requirements. 密切与供应商工厂沟通协调，跟进项目计划以满足客户要求。
2. Provide technical support to suppliers, guide supplier to resolve technical problems. 给供应商工厂提供技术支持，指导供应商解决技术问题。
3. Technical issue follow up，verify and approve samples/goods before shipment. 跟进技术问题，出货前确认批准样板/大货。
4. Provide cost analysis or get quotation from suppliers based on customer requirements(sample or drawings ) .根据客户提供的图纸或样板提供成本分析或从供应商处提供报价。
5. Monitor JVP’s performance, OTD, DPPM, etc. 管理供应商.
6. Other assignment by PMs其他上司安排的工作。
2. Qualification Requirements入职要求：
1.Education: Bachelor degree or above 本科或以上学历
2. Major Subject : Electron or mechanotronics fields 电子、机电一体化、相关专业
3. Special Skill : AutoCAD, Porte199、PowerPCB, MS-Office 熟练使用AutoCAD, Porte199、PowerPCB, MS-Office
3． Capability Requirments 能力要求:
1. Skilled at with LCD display, Back light,Touchscreen. 熟悉LCD 液晶,BL背光，TP触摸屏等产品。
2. Skilled at LCD driving principle,characteristic,specification,parameter, process and material. 熟悉LCD 驱动原理，特性、规格、参数, 工艺材料.
3. Skilled at LCD software and program and shakedown test. 熟练模组相关软件编程与调试等工作
4. Skilled at cost counting and control for TFT-LCM.能熟练对TFT-LCM项目的成本控制和成本核算
5. Supplier selection and approval process. 选择供应商和审批流程
6. Quality issues that are specific to touch display commodity。处理特定于触摸显示器的质量问题
4 Experience :
1. 3 or above years experience of TFT-LCM part designer三年或以上TFT-LCM电子设计工作经验。
2. 2 or above years experience of following up products二年或以上产品跟进经验。
3. 1 or above years experience of project management. 一年或以上项目管理经验。
4. ISO/QS knowledge is an advantage. 有ISO、QS相关质量体系知识。
Age : 30 around
Language Skill :
1. Good command of written English, CET-4 or above. 英语书写流利，四级或以上水平
