职位介绍

岗位职责：
1.Promote WPS Tools ( 1X1 Problem Solving and Standardized work) to implement;
2. Coordinate Lean People Development Plan;
3. Coordinate Fresh Eyes Kaizen event and follow up 30 days actions;
4. Managing daily improvement through point kaizen and employee suggestion scheme;
5. Handle WPS TWI program technical work;
6.5S model area set up and define 5S standard;
7.Deliver Lean Tools training to GL and TL.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree, major in Industrial Engineering, Lean Production, TPS;
2. +1 years experience in Lean;
3. Understand Lean concepts and use Lean tools to solving problem(eg,Problem Solving，5S，Standardized work，Kaizen，JIT and so on);
