Sales Director
Job Description:
1, Work out the yearly business plan, fix 2-3 years sales budget
2、Set-up new sales managers team, to achieve Sales target about 30-35MUSD within 2-3 years.
3, Developing new customers on China/Asia market.
4、 Organize the sales activities with customers to catch new business chance, solve problems and provide better services.
5、 Weekly and monthly report of customer status, order status.
6、 Manager quotation activities to customers.
7、 Monthly review the cost of sales activities and prepare budget for next month.
8、 Coordinate customer’s relationship with SomacisGraphic, Consolidate cooperation between customers and SomacisGraphic.
9、 Support financial, technical and quality department to provide better service to customers.
10、Directly report to CEO.
Job Requirements:
1、College graduate and above
2、Minimum 10 years sales working experience in PCB industry, good ability on leadership.
3、Experience with technical or customer service is preferred
4、Good communication in both oral and written English.
5、Good interpersonal skills.
6、Good leadership on teamwork and can work under pressure.
