Responsibilities:
1. Manage the work of maintenance department to ensure equipment smoothly running, breakdown service and an assistance of the machines and materials within the shortest time
2. Manage preventive maintenance and spare parts needed.
3. Propose and set up the improvement of machine to improve product quality and/or reduce costs.
4. Not only organize to formulate and improve related management system of equipments but also execution.
5. Organize to formulate equipment annual and monthly maintenance plan. Be responsible for departmental annual budget and budget control.
6. Organize the equipment’s selection, installation, test, receipt, renew, transformation, sealing and scrap.
7. Be responsible for planning and approving the purchasing plan of equipment spare parts and outsourcing parts.
8. Supervisor control the maintenance cost, researching and seeking the ways to reduce maintenance cost.
9. Organize and supervisor the equipment maintenance, lubrication and inspection, which ensure the equipment runs in safety and high-efficiency.
10. Participate the analysis of quotations from the subcontractors (maintenance of the buildings and site)
Requests:
1. Major in machinery design and manufacturing, machine manufacturing and automation or mechatronics. Bachelor degree of above.
2. Sound knowledge in PLC, automation control system, mechanical mechanism, hydraulic circuit and pneumatic equipment.
3. Good knowledge and experience in equipment and maintenance management, set up well total productive maintenance program as well as spare parts stock to minimize machine stop time and maintenance cost.
