Responsibilities:
1.Make HR recruiting plan according to satisfy business, develop and maintain recruitment channels;
2. Handle new employees on-boarding issues and exit process.
3. Act as role of a bridge between company and employee timely response to questions from employees;
4. Proactively engages in corporate projects where HR has an important impact to ensure successful implementation of HR programs and processes.
5. Maintain employee records in personal file and in HR information system are up-to-date
6. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirement:
1. Minimum 5 years of human resources working experience;
2. Good understanding and well-versed of Labor Law, HR practices in the manufacturing industry.
3. Team work player with excellent verbal and written communication skill
4. Good command of oral and written English.
5. Have high level of integrity and professionalism.
6. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
