Responsibilities
1. Ensure that the right product is developed and delivered to meet Company's standard & customer's requirement
2. Lead Project Teams and facilitate the communication and interaction amongst the functional representatives as delegated by the Project Manager
3. Lead and Conduct the project phase for DR1 to DR5 as delegated by the Project Manager
4. Prepare regulary project reporting (including Budget, Planning,Ressources follow up and Potential Risks)
5. Responsible to review and validate project milestone
6. Responsible to highlight project disprecency (Planning,Budget,Ressources…) during project life and provide the action plans to recover to Project Manager
7. Coordinate project developments together with French HQ (including priorities, etc…)
8. Manage project engineers in China
9. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / 职位要求:
1. Degree in engineering
2. At least 10 years of relevant working experiences
3. Experience in battery pack design / development (preferably on automotive battery)
4. Strong ability on project management, decision-making and problem solving
5. Excellent command of spoken and written English
