Responsibilities：
IT:
1 Users support:
-Provide diagnostics and solve Hardware/Software problems.
-Provide support and process documents.
2 Maintenance of computer park:
-Install and configure new computers.
-Repair and upgrade PC Hardware and Software.
-Maintain Chinese Servers.
3 Monitoring and Maintaining Networks:
-In charge of Chinese Servers Back-up processes.
-Maintain Mail together with corporate IT department
-Maintain Chinese phone Network.
-Manage all communication equipments between France and China
4 Communication with IT Corporate (in France):
-Implement new IT projects assigned by IT Corporate
-Provide assistance to IT Corporate on troubleshooting Network problems
ERP:
5 Be the main contact point in the Company to:
? Solve the ERP issues.
? Support end users on ERP applications.
6 Be responsible for all technical data input, accuracy and consistency.
7 Be responsible for data extraction from ERP system for user needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in computer science
- Experience with Microsoft server
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
