Responsibilities:
-Provide program leadership to project team, championing the project and raising awareness at senior level
-Manages project library and resources
-Monitor project progress and performance
-Collaborates with project engineers to resolve issues within individual projects
-Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards
-Conducts risk management analysis
-Motivate and coach project engineers
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering or Business.
-Over 8 years of experience in project management
-Hold connector and cable assembly field is preferred
