我公司为外资企业，英语基本的口语和书写能力是应聘的必须条件，此职位要和外籍生产管理人员进行日常基本沟通，如没有英语能力请不要投递简历：
Duties and responsibilities：
• Manage & Reporting Marti Equipment’s & Tools
• Responsible for warehouse movement Data (Input & Output voucher management)
• Monthly inventory Controlling & reporting
o General raw material, semi products, finished goods
o Project purchased products
• Controlling & Complete monthly stock counting report
• Controlling & report subcontracting list
• Assistant for production & warehouse calculation & statistics
o Consumption material statistics
o Painting cost statistics
o Raw material using statistics…
• ERP System booking
o Finished goods booking
o Delivery booking
o Inventory booking…
• Preparing Label printing / Loading lists
• Purchasing consumption material for workshop
• Translation Chinese - English
Required Qualification & Skills:
• College diploma or bachelor with the major of Accounting, Business of Administration or similar
• Several experiences’ years in accounting, administration of warehouse or production
• Proficient at word, access, excel and outlook is a must
• Good at English writing & speaking
• Reliable on working with Data
• Flexible, modest, honest and good coordination & communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn in a new fields and team work.
