POSITION – Technical Sales Manager - Industrial
Location – guangzhou/广州
Job Description
- Reporting to the Head of Industrial in area
- Responsible primarily for Metalworking Fluids and Industrial lubricants business in designated areas/field
- Implement HQ strategic business plan to achieve corporate goals in the field of Marketing and Sales
- Manage existing distributors and seeking new distributors, end users to achieve continuous growth
- Identify customer needs, market trend and analyze competitors
- Develop business plan, including marketing action plans, providing marketing support to distributors
- Provide Training and Technical support to Distributors and End Users
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Good Lubricants Technical Knowledge and Marketing
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the field of Metal Working Fluids or Industrial lubricants
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsible and accountable
- A team player and working closely with internal staff and HQ to ensure a high quality of customer service level
