职位描述：
作为类别物料采购的主管，制定和执行分管的物料类别的供应策略，对分管的类别物料的成本、质量、交付、服务目标的达成负责。
1. 负责分管物料类别的年度采购策略制定和执行；
2. 负责制定分管物料的降成本策略，组织价格谈判和深度参与新供应商发展和评估，协调跨部门团队实现成本持续降低；
3. 负责分管物类别的新物料/新技术的寻源和价格谈判，支持新产品开发；
4. 负责制定和优化分管物料理论成本模型和实际成本估算工具；
5. 负责分管物料类别采购项目的执行，协调项目团队确保项目计划如期达成；
6. 负责分管物料涉及供应商的年度合同谈判，供应商绩效评估。
任职资格：
1. 高校毕业，本科以上学历，理工科背景 优先考虑
2. 外部8年以上相关工作经验或内部2年以上相关部门工作经验
3. 有良好的人际沟通能力、数据分析能力及商业敏感度

Position Description
• Dotted line position and report to HK Office.
• Responsible for execute the cost estimation process during quotation phase.
• Ensuring that business targets are met and all necessary quotations are processed.
• Interface with Program Management and Engineering representing purchasing at each cross functional meetings.
• To establish, monitor and meet objectives in support of business strategies and contribute to the development and achievement of annual budgets.
• To lead and organize multi-functional cost improvement teams to meet future goals.
• To be accountable for the smooth and effective interaction between Purchasing and all other functions, in order to provide the optimum service for the business.
• Participate strategic evaluation of potential suppliers.
• Lead efforts to streamline / develop processes of purchasing department.
• Take the initiative and coordination for cost models for new products.
Requirements:
• Understanding of the appropriateness of different purchasing strategies.
• A broad understanding cost drivers for electronic contract manufacturing and the nature of supply market in electronics industry.
• Sound and hands-on experience in ERP system.
• Data collection and analyzing skills in PMI.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Able to categorize work processes according to importance.
• Ability to adjust or adapt to changed situations, problems and tasks quickly.
• Team leadership skills.
