1 主要工作职责 Main responsibilities
1.1 来料质量监控，推动供应商质量持续改善，供应商质量审核；
Incoming quality control & monitoring; push the supplier to do the continuous improvements; supplier qualityaudit;
1.2 新产品的导入及相关工作；
New product lead-in & related work;
1.3 制程品质问题的处理及相关工作，SPC 软件管理；
Handle the quality issues and related work, SPC software manage.
1.4 测量设备的调校，ISO 内审员，推行公司6Sigma和产品质量的持续改善；
Measurement equipment calibration, and conduct the ISO internal audit, push 6 sigma & quality improvements.
1.5 处理客户投诉并建立文档；
Handle the customer complain, also document management.
1.6 确保本部门日常质量记录按照ISO质量体系运行。
Ensure the routine quality record according to ISO quality system.
2 具体工作内容 Specific work content
2.1 给供应商提供及时的技术支持及指导，并推动NPI的执行和按时完成。
Provide on time technical support & guide to the supplier, and push the NPI procedure to be completed on schedule.
2.2 对主要供应商每年进行至少一次审核，验证其改善措施的有效性。与供应商举行定期品质会议，商讨曾经出现过的来料品质异常并要求持续改善，出具会议记录及进一步持续改善的对策，跟进其结果的及时性及有效性。
Conduct main supplier audit once per year, verify the improvement actions. Hold on the quality meeting termly, discuss the incoming quality issue, and require the further improvements, after that prepare the meeting minutes as well, and follow up the corrective action.
2.3 新产品导入时，相关程序文件的修改，所有新图纸在发行前，须经过审核，并更新相应的WI及文件，确保关键尺寸得到监控。
Update relative documents when new product lead-in, need to check and confirm updated drawings before publish, update the WI and relative documents, to make sure required dimensions can be within control.
2.4 制程品质问题的处理及相关工作、让步纠正措施和预防措施的实施跟进。
Handle the process quality issues, make concessional/corrective actions as well as preventive.
2.5 协助生产部对产品缺陷进行分析并协同各部门一起对产品品质进行持续改善。
Work with production department for analyzing the defects, teamwork with other related department for the quality improvements.
2.6 帮助公司巩固ISO质量体系，建立并推行6sigma体系；对公司相关人员进行培训,带领或参与6sigma项目。
Support the company for Consolidate ISO system, set up and push 6 sigma system, training to the related people, lead the team to take part in 6 sigma projects.
2.7 对关键SPC项目进行监督及时解决SPC异常的问题，定期汇报SPC运行情况。
Monitor the critical SPC projects, solve the SPC abnormal problem, and report the SPC running status timely.
2.8 评估设备的使用状况，定期调校或者外校。
Evaluate the equipment running status, arrange the calibrations for the measurement equipment & gauge.
2.9 PCP和QC检验作业指导书WI的准备及更新
Prepare & update the PCP & QC work instruction.
2.10 与相关部门一起对PFMEA,CPK, Gauge R&R进行分析及研究.
Study and analyze the PFMEA,CPK, Gauge R &R with related departments.
2.11 客户投诉品质问题的分析处理、跟进及确认；8D报告中纠正措施和预防措施的实施。
Handle the customer complains, analyze the failure samples from field, find out the root cause, conduct the corrective actions. Also prepare the 8D reports.
3 任职资格Qualification
3.1 本科以上学历，机械，电子或相关专业毕业；
College or above diploma, major in mechanical, electronic or other relating specialty;
3.2 至少5年以上外资生产型企业品质工程相关工作经验；
At least 5 years working experience in foreign company with quality engineer;
3.3 熟悉ISO管理并具有一定品质相关知识如6sigma项目管理。熟悉3C、RoHs标准规范；
Be familiar with ISO management and quality knowledge, such as six sigma project management. Be familiar with 3C, RoHs standard/specification;
3.4 良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神；
Good communication skill and team work;
3.5 主动，灵活，责任心强；
Initiative, flexible and strong responsibility;
3.6 英语听、说、写良好；电脑操作熟练。
