Zwilling Beauty Group - a member of the German Zwilling JA Henckels AG Group - is a leading manufacturer and distributor of beauty tools and accessories. Our particular focus is to provide retailers and consumers with distinctive ranges of cosmetic, nail, bath and travel accessories. The company is currently looking for a China Key Account Manager for the Zwilling Beauty Group Asia Ltd., located in Shenzhen, China. The Zwilling Beauty Group Asia is part of a diverse family of international beauty tool brands under the the Zwilling Beauty Group umbrella, including Zwilling Beauty, Tweezerman and QVS Global.
The ideal candidate will take over key account management functions of the company’s premium, mass and private label products customers. The candidate will be a part of the China sales management team and will communicate with internal marketing, logistics and product development and external customer and distributor teams to ensure a successful development of the Zwilling Beauty Group brands in China.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible to handle all aspects of sales functions to target customers accounts
2. Manage existing China accounts and identify and develop new customer accounts
3. Grow sales in China and provide account management to retail customers and distributors
4. Develop and implement China and customer sales plans
5. Negotiate trade terms, pricing and promotion activities
6. Develop sales and channel strategies
7. Develop forecast, budgets and ensure that sales targets are being achieved and promotion activities are implemented as planned
8. Account management strategy, build strong relationships with KA (Watsons e.g.)
9. Regular sales reporting to China Brand Development Director and APAC Sales Director
10. Work closely with the Product Marketing team to execute promotional activities and with the Sales Administration and Customer Service team to follow up processes and ensure sales & account enquiries are responded to
11. Plan, manage and control trade spending
12. Conduct regular market and store visits
Requirements:
1. University graduate in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
2. 5 years of experience in dealing with China retail customers and distributors
3. Experience in the beauty industry desired
4. Experience with key beauty and personal care store chains in China is a must
5. Key account experience is a must
6. Strong customer service, negotiation and business development skills
7. Mature, hardworking, sales oriented and aggressive
8. High level of communication and intercultural skills (fluency in English and Mandarin is a must)
9. Numerically intelligent with good presentation
10. Ability to take the lead as well as follow current processes
11. Ability to work autonomously
12. Skills in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
