Job description ：
Interfaces among customers, BUs, sample rooms and VM factories, to ensure the development sample are made following the designs intent. Advise and provide technical suggestion if construction requirements or measurements are not doable with consideration of actual production feasibility.
Independently check and give comments to proto, Fit development samples. Give instruction to sample room on how to improve fitting and workmanship and communicate with customers/BUs to understand what’s customer expected sample quality.
Help BU QCs check salesman and PPS samples, organize checking report and production feasibility reports for the fitting reference.
Organize and lead PP meeting after order confirmed, ensure technical suggestions/requirements are fully communicated to relevant parties and factories.
Analyses together with managers and BUs on sample testing reports, provide technical solutions when necessary.
Job Requirement：
5 year+ working experience in garment technician, shirt’s, suit’s and pant’s experience is preferable.
Can develop and modify paper pattern.
Knowing well of sample development and bulk production procedures.
Ability to identity issues, analyze facts and make quality decisions.
Good communication skill in English & Chinese.
Good computer operation capability.
