Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for order management, set up and supervise the working procedure and system.
2. Supervise the daily work of the merchandisers, including the translation of the data, such as the comments of the sample and the order.
3. Supervise the communication with TSC dept and production dept etc.
4. Supervise and coordinate with the customers about he processing problems
5. Responsible for the supervision of the fabric&trim developing progress and sample approval.
6. Supervise production schedules and delivery, deal with the problems to ensure the shipment.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. College education and above;
2. More than 5 years experiences in large garment manufacturing plant of merchandising.
3. Strong self-discipline, good team spirit.
4. Fluent in English.
