Job Responsibilities:
•Place PO to suppliers and confirm delivery date in the system.
•Update IC order statues to overseas offices.
•Alert on overdue SO/PO.
•Check account statues – to inform relevant CS if the account is locked due to payment issue.
Requirements:
•College graduates or equivalent.
•Basic English – able to read and write simple articles, CET 4 will be a plus.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL).
•No experience required – open to new graduates.
•"Can do" attitude.
